I have learned many things in my day but by far the most amazing thing that I have come to realise is this…..we all have a life purpose, and we agreed to it before we reincarnated this time around!

I know my life purpose is to help others through the various types of healing work that I do, and the reason I know that is because I have experienced some of my past lives.  In many previous lives I was also a healer and that is why I know that my healing work is my life purpose.  I just explore new healing modalities in different lives and each time I help different people in their life path.  It is a truly wonderful and powerful thing to know what it is you are here to do!

Without the experience of past lives I would still be trying to make sense of what it is I am here to do in this life.  The wealth of knowledge that I have gleaned from my past lives has helped me to understand myself more, why I react to certain people and things in the way that I do and also it has helped me tremendously to make sense of the things that have happened to me in this life also.

Armed with the knowledge that I have learned about my past lives, I know why I am in the family that I was born into in this life, why each one of my family are together in this life and what lessons we have to teach and learn from each other.  This makes my life easier, as each lesson I receive and that I give will be much more profound now that I am aware of them.

I already have qualified with a Certificate in Past Life Regression from IPLTR (Institute of Past Life Therapy & Research) in Cork, and from the TASSO Institute in the Netherlands, and I am continuing my studies for a Diploma in PLR with the Institute at the moment.  This is a truly fascinating field of study and one which has explained more to me about my life and helped me to help so many other people also to make sense of and heal issues in their lives.

Most of the issues you are experiencing difficulty with in your current life can be traced back to a past life, and through the medium of PLR you can learn why this issue is in your current life and release the need to continue carrying it with you.  By regressing to a previous life you will gain the understanding and healing you need to release the issue from your current life.  Sometimes also, we leave parts of our energy behind in a previous life, and this can be retrieved by regressing and doing retrieval work on your soul (soul retrieval sessions) which makes us complete once more.  The application of this work to our current life issues is endless and the results are truly astounding.

This is a truly powerful therapy and one which I know I will work with for many years to come, as it allows me to help others to shed the light gleaned in their past onto issues which pertain now in their lives. Without the benefit of the insights from our past we really can’t make sense of now…. because it is only by searching through our life experience that we learn the lessons that will help us to improve our lives in the future!

REIKI TREATMENTS

Reiki is a complementary therapy to be used as an adjunct to conventional medical treatment.  The word Rei-Ki, means Universal Energy, ( Ki in Japan, Prana in India, qi or chi in China, Spirit in Western World) in other words, Spiritual Healing Energy which comes from God (or whomever you believe your Higher Power to be)..  Reiki is a very gentle and safe method of bringing in this healing energy to the clients body.  It is an ancient healing energy technique which helps to build more personal energy, more vitality, more resilience and better health.  Its most profound effect is an almost immediate feeling of deep relaxation, resulting in a reduction in stress. As Reiki works on an energy level, it can aid physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing. It is especially useful for clearing the client’s mind, inducing a calm and balanced state in the body both in difficult or traumatic times and in helping us to cope with the everyday stresses of life.

The existence of this life force energy has been verified by recent scientific experiments and medical doctors are considering the role it plays in the functioning of the immune system and the healing process. 

An amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense but is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master.  This is achieved through a process called initiation, which involves the opening of the spiritual channel in the student by the Reiki Master, so that Reiki energy flows through the student, thus allowing them to heal both themselves and family members and friends after Level 1.  There are three levels to be initiated into to become a Reiki Master/Teacher, each one heightens and increases the vibration level of the energy.

A Reiki treatment is a ‘laying on of hands’; (although the practitioner can also work without touching the client, if that is what the client requests, the effect of treatment will not be diminished by this, in fact, Reiki can be sent to the client at a distance).
In a typical Reiki treatment, the client lies down (fully clothed) on a treatment table.  Reiki energy is transferred to the client from the hands of the practitioner, which are strategically placed on (or above) various parts of the client’s body. A Reiki treatment does not involve any pressure or manipulation of tissues such as with massage. People feel Reiki in different ways, some feel the energy begin to flow into them, either as a heat, a coldness, a mild tingling or other sensation, and often in places remote from the point at which the practitioner has their hands. Nearly everyone experiences Reiki as deeply relaxing.

PRANIC HEALING

During a Pranic Healing treatment, the client is fully conscious, fully clothed at all times and provides important and vital feedback to the healer throughout the healing session.

During the Pranic Treatment the Healer does the following:-

CLEANSING:

 The healer will scan the client’s Aura (Energy Body).  She will cleanse and remove  the diseased energies from the affected energy centers/diseased organs and then energize them with sufficient life force/prana so that healing is accomplished.
Energizing without first cleansing is like pouring fresh coffee into a cup that is already filled with stale coffee. This approach is slow and quite wasteful. A healing crisis is most likely to occur if the diseased energy is pushed further into the body by a willful healer. A healing crisis is a process whereby the body attempts to expel stale or diseased energies. Some of symptoms are vomiting, fever, diarrhea, fatigue and heavy sweating.

ENERGIZING:

To energise the healer utilizes the ‘water pump’ approach.  All of us are swimming in an ocean of energies. The healer, by knowing how to properly pump the healing energy, will systematically project this healing energy to the clients body, and thus will sufficiently energize the client, without draining his/her own supply of life force.

STABILISING:

Finally the healer stabilises the energy body (aura) of the client and seals in the fresh energy so that healing can continue after the treatment.

GENERAL

During a Pranic Treatment an advanced healer will use various colours while projecting the healing energies, which amplifies the vibration of the healing energies.  Certain colours are used to treat specific ailments in the physical body, this is an advanced pranic healing technique and can only be used by Advanced Pranic Healers.

ANGEL HEALING

Angels are high spiritual beings appointed by God as guides, protectors and helpers on earth and they are also His messengers. They vibrate on a much higher level than humans, as they are highly evolved Spirits and have attained enlightenment.  Just as there are many races of humans, there are many kinds of Angels, those for example who dedicate themselves to healing, others to peace and others to promoting love. When we are born a Guardian Angel is assigned to us for this earthly existence, but just like our Spirit Guides they can only feel as close as we allow them to.  Often they cannot get through the turbulent vibrations of our emotions to reach us and enfold us as they would like. 

Angels are willing and ready to help us.  They have drawn close to our planet in large numbers and are waiting to be called on.  The only thing that stops them helping is that we are not open to them.  Because humans have free will, Angels cannot intervene to help us unless they are asked/invited to do so by us first.  The only exception to this, is if you are going to die before your time, then the Angels can intervene to prevent this happening.  They use many ways to communicate with us but the primary requirement to connect with Angels and receive their wisdom and guidance is to have a desire to do so…and then to allow them to respond.  Angels let us know of their presence in many ways, some of the more familiar is finding small white feathers in your physical path, a bird flying close to you or the presence of a rainbow.  All of these are symbols that Angels are close…watch out for them now that you know.

It is very simple to begin working with and receiving guidance from your angels. They celebrate every moment that we make a conscious effort to connect with them. Your angels want you to call on them for any situation, large or small, and welcome the opportunity to prove their existence to you – again and again.

Your angels may communicate with you in many ways, including through dreams, signs in nature, such as birds or butterflies, number sequences, synchronicities, thoughts, ideas, and inspirations. You will know you are receiving guidance from the Angelic Realm when the messages are loving, repetitive, and consistent.

I provide Angel Healing treatments during which your Angels channel their healing energy through me into your body.  These healing treatments are very relaxing and peaceful.  Angel Healing is very gentle yet also powerful.

During all my healing treatments, I am Divinely guided and I pass on any messages received to my clients, I do not interpret these messages, as the message is speaking to the Higher Consciousness of the client and so only the client knows what it means.  I have never delivered a message which was not understood.  Healing treatments provide a perfect opportunity for Source and the Higher Light Beings to communicate easily with the Healee.

Shiro-Abhyanga or more commonly known in the West, Indian Head Massage is part of the Ayurvedic Bodywork anti-ageing system from India. Understanding Ayurvedic Anatomy

In addition to our physical anatomy, there exists a “subtle” anatomy that is normally unseen. Each Chakra (energy vortex) corresponds to a different gland and governs specific parts of the physical body and areas of psychological and spiritual development. Assisting these energy centres to remain unblocked is a highly effective way of resisting ill health. Balancing the Chakras equals vitality and health.

Ayurveda relates these changes to the five basic elements – earth, water, fire, air and akash-space (ether). These elements are constantly coming and going with the circadian rhythms inside our bodies. The ancient Indian sciences, therefore, have laid great emphasis on understanding these elements and on working with them accordingly, for the Chakras are understood as the playground of the elements.

The Treatment €60

The beauty of the treatment is that you can sit fully clothed in a comfortable chair. The professional practitioner works behind you and performs a flowing sequence of movements beginning from the upper back, shoulders, arms, hands and working up through the neck, ears, face, and finishing on the scalp. The movements are based on a combination of effleurage, petrissage, stroking, friction, percussion and Marma (pressure) point techniques.
The use of virgin vegetable oils in the massage of the scalp can have a strong influence on the quality of your hair care. Hair growth is said to be stimulated, as regular head massage with vegetable oils keeps the hair strong and lustrous. This is because massaging the scalp stimulates the flow of blood to the follicles so bringing the nutrients that are necessary for a healthy head of hair. LIFE COACHING is a powerful for those who wish to make changes in their lives. What a coach does is help you clarify what is really important to you and helps you to create the life you want.

People usually come to coaching because they want a better quality of life, more fulfilment, better balance, or a different outlook to accomplish their life desires. The job of the coach is to support you, challenge you and motivate you towards achieving those goals.

How does Life Coaching work?

The coach assists in a powerful process of self-discovery. The coach’s job is to listen and ask questions, not to provide the answers. You already have the answers within. Many coaches will recommend a small number of sessions but I believe that is unique to each individual and their journey. However, once the initial work is complete, most people like to check back in with their coach on a maintenance basis for review purposes.

What can life coaching do?

People come to coaching for many diverse reasons. They may wish to be motivated to achieve specific goals, for example, to start a business, to have a healthier body, to write a book, or to be more effective or more satisfied at work. Llife coaching is particularly effective if you are feeling ‘stuck” in any area of your life. That stuck feeling usually comes from remaining within your comfort zone, telling yourself the same story over and over in your head about why you can’t possibly do something, or have something, or be something. As your coach I will challenge that story and get you moving in the right direction.

My Approach to Coaching

I work with people either on an individual basis, or within a group, as an accredited member of the Society of NLP.

As a Reiki Master/Teacher and the proud holder of qualifications in various holistic therapies,  my approach to coaching others is naturally holistic. I view the human being with the emphasis on the whole person – Mind, Body, Emotions and Spirit.  I consider it is very important to connect with your inner self in order to access your truth and inner wisdom to gain clarity in your life.

Therefore, (with agreement), I incorporate hypnosis into our coaching sessions and always recommend that the client practice relaxation in between our sessions. At our one to one sessions, the atmosphere  is gentle and relaxed so that you feel comfortable and at ease.

Group Coaching

Group Coaching usually takes the form of half/one day workshops. A warm positive atmosphere of support, encouragement and confidentiality is cultivated from the outset.
Many people enjoy grpup coaching asit provides an opportunity to relate to like-minded people; it is uplifting and inspiring to see other people progress; it increases momentum; you can gain valuable insights; and it is comforting to simply be part of a group that openly share and move forward in this manner.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION

Regression therapy has a holistic view of the body and spirit having a fundamental interconnectedness. Healing involves reconnection with the root cause of the problem and allowing the client to understand deeply the issues associated with the problem before they are resolved at both a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Sometimes the root cause is a traumatic experience below the level of conscious awareness and has been affecting the client’s well being. Experiences may go back beyond early childhood into prenatal experiences and into stories that may appear to be a ‘past life’. Any client experience is treated in an accepting and authentic way.

Various psychotherapies may be used in the regression process such as hypnosis, gestalt, psychodrama, body therapy, together with various transpersonal and energy techniques. The symptoms dealt with by regression therapy include low energy levels, emotional outbursts, anxiety, anger, guilt, depression, panic attacks, nightmares, unexplainable physical pain, blocked feelings, loss of life focus and difficulty forming personal relationships. Often these are problems that keep being repeated.

Regression therapists are able to reach further and heal deeper at the physical, emotional, and spiritual level than most other therapeutic approaches. It transforms clients problems in a way that is both safe and structured.

Regression therapy reaches deeper and heals deeper, physically, emotionally mentally and spiritually, than most other therapeutic approaches.

Regression therapy is simple. Most psychological and psychosomatic problems arise from causes that began in the past. Discovering, reliving and understanding the causes may produce lasting relief. The goal of regression is catharsis:- this involves a cleansing, purification and liberation. Successful catharsis produces emotional purification, physical release and a growth of understanding.

In past life regression therapy, the therapist has the client absorb themselves in their problem and its causes. Absorption and confrontation become more intense in this altered state.

In daily life, hypnosis as a mental and physical state occurs spontaneously when we become absorbed in some experience – reading a book, watching a film, or indulging in daydreaming, in this state, our perception of everything outside our focus of attention decreases and our sense of time changes.

In a hypnotic state such as described above, our brain rhythym is slower, our skin resistance is greater, our muscular tension is reduced, our breath is deeper and calmer and sometimes our body temperature falls. We feel relaxed, peaceful, perceive loss or our surroundings and perceive our body either less clearly or more acutely. Time perception is altered and time distortion is usual.

In past life regression, we dont move back to the past experiences and to past lives, but to the “retained past” that we are carrying now. When we go back in therapy, we move to things of the past that continue to interfere with us now.

We carry the problematic past with us as unresolved shadows and undigested residue. Therapeutic regression, or past life regression, assimilates such episodes by discerning, reliving, and integrating them and releasing them so they dont need to haunt us any longer.

A past life regression session can take up to two hours in length – it is not a therapy that can be rushed as it is very much the client and the speed at which they are able to absorb their experience that dictates the time, not the therapist.

What is Hypnosis?

Unlike stage hypnosis or the Hollywood version, hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation. In this state the critical factor is set aside and the desired change is instantaneous.

Can anyone be hypnotised?

Yes. In fact, most people experience hypnosis several times a day. Daydreaming is a form of hypnosis. Also, the state experienced directly on entering and leaving steep is hypnosis.

What does hypnosis feel like?

Because hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness, or awareness, at no time will you be asleep or unaware of what is going on. You will, however, be likely to feel more relaxed than ever before. A feeling of peace, serenity and wellbeing generally accompany this relaxation.

Can I be made do something against my will?

Absolutely not! There is a safeguard in hypnosis. Anything suggested to you in hypnosis that is against your morals, beliefs, religion, ethics, wants or desires will simply be rejected by you. It is impossible for you to be made to to do anything against your will.

What about those stage shows then?

Successful stage hypnosis relies on willing volunteers. Those people have a desire to join in the show and perform. Hypnosis merely helps them to lift inhibitions that they may, ordinarily, have against performing in public.

Will I remember what is said or done, after I come out of hypnosis?

Hypnosis is not an unconscious state, so you will remember what is being said and done. If you have no apparent memory of what is said or done, this is likely to be because you were drifting and daydreaming in your own pleasant thoughts during that part. Generally, with gentle prodding, you will fully remember everything.

Am I giving up control during Hypnosis?

No! You will be in such complete control during the entire session that if anything is said or done that you disagree with, or that you feel is in bad taste, you can simply open your eyes and leave the room. No one can control your mind, except you.

Can only ‘weak-minded’ people be hypnotised?

On the contrary, while everybody can be hypnotised, those that respond better are people with strong and active minds capable of imagination and mental dexterity. Those that refuse to be hypnotised, generally are exhibiting either a lack of understanding of the subject entirely, or ‘weakness’ in the form of inflexibility.

Are there harmful after effects?

Again, no. There is not one case on record of anyone being harmed because of, or through, hypnosis. After the session, most people feel relaxed and mellow but in complete control of all of their faculties and able to perform any task or duty such as driving or working. Most people experience a very pleasant energy increase after the session.

HYPNOTHERAPY

Unlike many other psychological therapies, Hypnotherapy is generally considered to be a fairly short-term approach in which beneficial change, should become apparent within relatively few sessions.

One of the reasons why Hypnotherapy is so beneficial and effective is that the hypnotherapist has the benefit of working with the client while they are in a hypnotic state, which means that their normal anxious attempts at understanding and rationalising their symptoms is dulled and so the client is free to open the full resources of their subconscious mind to new and exciting possible alternative solutions to their current and historic difficulties and behaviours. 
Without the benefit of the hypnotic state, the client would tend to get lost in the rational processes of their conscious minds and so the outcome while it would eventually be reached, would take a great deal longer to achieve.

In actual practice, most Hypnotherapists will combine hypnotic procedures with other appropriate therapeutic techniques.
